Técnicas de Salud S.A. (TS) is a Spanish consultancy firm established in 1993. The company was formed around the team of professionals that successfully managed public health and concessionaires- related issues for the Universal Exposition of Seville in 1992. Most team members had previous extensive experience in public office while some were also in private professional practice at that time; Expo'92 was an opportunity to test innovative approaches in the fields of management and human resources development.

After the closure of Expo'92, this multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals with broad experience in the fields of health system development, health services management and public health advice, on the one hand, and quality as well as human resources development, on the other, established an independent company. Since the outset client satisfaction has been an explicit main goal, embodied in the outstanding attention we pay to providing tailor-made services.

In practice, Health Systems and Services, and Operational Development /Quality Assurance have been central to the majority of projects undertaken within the last 10 years. Particular emphasis was placed on organisational development and continuous education as a basic pre-requisite for managerial success. Técnicas de Salud has delivered tailor-made training addressing specific client needs and skill transfer programmes for managers and personnel -including health professionals- from its very inception. Técnicas de Salud has also been involved in a variety of national and international specialised consultancy projects.
